MediaSense technology

For most printers, the print gap between printheads and the media becomes too small when printing on thick media. This can result into poor print quality or jams. That’s why MediaSense technology has been developed, which automatically adjusts the print gap between the media and the print head for every type of media. This allows you to print on thicker media and gives you the ability to grow your application oﬀerings.
