Unfortunately, we are currently experiencing some delays so your order may take longer than usual to arrive. We are keeping within the government guidelines, so this could change in the future. All our deliveries are made with UPS. For the latest information on delivery disruptions and postcode exclusions, please visit the UPS site.
Yes, your product is still safe for you to handle. We are following strict measures to ensure the safety of our customers. That said, we strongly recommend thoroughly washing your hands after opening your package.
Yes, we will still deliver to your home.
Customers are no longer obliged to sign for UPS orders. Parcels that have not been signed for will be marked with CV19 plus the consignee’s name as proof of delivery.
