Save up to 5% on selected products when you sign up for repeat orders with Repeat & Save.

Cancelling your subscription is easy. Simply log in to your Canon account and click on ‘Subscriptions’. Next, select your subscription then click on ‘Settings’. Scroll down the page then click on the Cancel Subscription button.

Yes. You can cancel your toner and ink Repeat & Save subscription service whenever you like, no matter how long you’ve been registered. However, if your subscription order has already been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled. There are no fees when you cancel.

There are no hidden costs with the Repeat & Save subscription print plan. Log in to your Canon ID account to see all your charges.

Not all printers can benefit from the discounts on Repeat & Save. However, all eligible inks will have ‘Repeat & Save’ clearly shown on the page.

You can update your preferences when you sign in to your Canon ID account.

If your chosen product is out of stock, we’ll send you an alternative compatible item. Make sure you’ve turned on “Automatic Substitutions” so that we know to do this. If the compatible alternative is also out of stock or you have turned the “Automatic Substitution” option off, we will check its availability every day until 3 days before your next subscription order. If we don't have the items back in stock, we will cancel the remaining item order and will process your next subscription order.

To change your Automatic Substitution settings, sign in to your Canon ID account. Click on “Subscriptions”. A drop down will appear, click “Settings”. At the top of the page, you’ll see “Allow Substitutions”. When the green bar shows, this means you’ve turned it on. To turn it off, press the button and it will appear grey. This means that it is now turned off.

Every product that offers Repeat & Save will have a toggle button on its product page.

Yes, provided your order totals €30 or more.

You will receive an email confirmation when your next order is about to be sent out.

To change your address and payment cards, sign in to your Canon ID account. Click on “Subscriptions”. A drop down will appear. Click “Settings”. At the top of the page, you’ll see “Settings”. Scroll down the page until you see “Shipping Address” and “Payment Method”. Click “Edit” to make changes.
